This property was brilliant, a few minutes walk from the Vatican. Staff were so friendly and helpful and accommodation was spotless. A buffet breakfast was served every morning and had a very good choice.

The host Francesco accepted to keep my trekking bag before check in which was of great help for me and he also left me some snacks for the morning as I needed to leave before breakfast time. Very very gentle. AC for the terrible heatwave was indispensable. Few seconds away from ottaviani metro thus close to all Rome as metros take you anywhere!

The property was clean, super cozy and welcoming. The location was perfect to start our trip, Vatican City was in a walking distance and lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The host, Francesco was a super friendly and helpful. We arrived very late and Francesco got personally involved to help us get there quick and help us accomodate. He had an answer for all our questions and provided helpful advice.

The host Nicoletta was very helpful and nice.As I arrived 4h before check in, she allowed me to stay in the room. She allowed me to leave my luggage before check in and after check out. Very nice from her. In the room is a AC which is great. Fast WiFi internet. Room and whole apartment area is spotless! I felt very safe in the apartment. Superb location,just across the street is the metro station and lot of bus stops. In the room you will find a tips for cafes and restaurants in nearby area and the city. Apartment is exactly like in the photos. Tiny walls. But it's everywhere in Rome. Even in 4star hotels. But it didn't bother me at all. No-one stays in the rooms while in Rome :)
