Everyone was very helpful. Perfect accommodation was for us, just a few minutes from the Trevi Fountain. Spacious clean room with comfortable bed. We could have free coffee, tea and croissants at any time. They responded to messages immediately if we had any questions. They also arranged airport transfers. Thank you for you everything.

We stayed there for four nights, the location is perfect! Five minutes walk away from Fontana di Trevi and the Spanish steps. With a bus stop right around the corner to go around the city in addition to the metro entrance next to the Spanish steps. The staff were incredible! The staff were just delightful! They helped us with recommendations for restaurants. securing tickets for the Vatican and pantheon. It was my friends birthday during our stay and they made it extra special with a ice cream and another treat. The room was spotless clean with complimentary spaghetti pack and daily chocolate on the pillow. the biscuits and coffee bar was a treat to look forward to, this place is a true gem in the heart of rome. 7 stars service! Highly recommended!!

Umilta 36 has been a nice surprise. Excellent facility, in an excellent location, managed and handled by excellent people. Our expectations have been exceeded at almost all experiences. Customer focused reception and perfect concierge services are worth seperate mentions for sure.

Clean and fresh! Right in the middle of Rome, 2 min to the trevi fountain. Highly recommend. Just five rooms, nice and quite. We were a family of four and it was a spacious room which can be hard d too find in Rome unless you want too spend a ton of money.

The staff was excellent, Elisabetta help us a lot in organising the taxi transfer from the airport to the hotel. During the stay Alexandra (Hungarian girl) was our "contact person", she was wonderful during the whole time, she prepared us delicious breakfast all in the mornings and gave us a lot of useful information about the place of interests of Rome.

Escape Luxury Suite exceeded my expectations! Huge thanks to the staff for making our stay comfortable. - Location: The accommodation is central and in a nice neighborhood, lots of other nice hotels, restaurants and shops near by. We felt safe walking around here even at night. - Service: After a long journey we were welcomed by a friendly face at the reception. The check in was quick, she explained everything in detail and was so nice to us! We appreciated the additional map she gave us and tips and tricks to get around the city. She recommended some great places to eat, we tried most and they really were - amazing! Thank you so much for your care! - Room, facilities and cleanliness : The room is exceptionally clean. They offer room service daily and the cleaning is thorough. The bed was comfortable, the room was stacked with all necessities. Spacious, new furniture exactly like the photos. The safe was a big plus for us, I missed this the last time I stayed in Rome. I highly recommend this place, it is worth the money if you want a really comfortable stay after a long day of walking and exploring.
