We were extremely satisfied with our stay at Hotel Princeps. The hotel is small but clean and modern, occupying the fourth floor of a classic building. The location is excellent with several good restaurants and stylish bars nearby. The breakfast was exceptional for a 3-star hotel: a full buffet including eggs, smoked salmon, avocado, fresh ricotta, and real Parmigiano-Reggiano shaved straight from the wheel. We appreciated the welcome drink and the complimentary hot beverages available throughout the day. The staff were outstanding, even after checkout, they not only stored our luggage (as expected), but also kindly offered us a place to freshen up and change clothes, which was a lifesaver in the Roman heat.

Me and my husband spent 3 lovely nights in Rome at the hotel grifo, the staff there were very welcoming and nice. we had asked for some prosecco and fruit in the room since we are on our honeymoon and they had arranged that for us so nicely when we arrived! they showed us places we should visit and where you could have a good dinner. the room was small but very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. we were served a lovely breakfast and good coffee.

The hotel is in a strategic position between the tube, Termini Station, and 20 minutes away from the Foro Romano. The room was welcoming, and the staff was always available and glad to help. I strongly recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay not far from Rome's main attractions. Plus, we could find part of the breakfast in the mini fridge in the bedroom, and the next morning, a basket of croissants was left at the door.

It started immediately on arrival. Help with bags up a few steps, an offered welcome drink, full blown explanation of what to see and do in Rome, maps, advise - you name it, they could provide it. Just the most genuine and nice staff, not only in reception, but the cleaners and the maintenance staff. The Breakfast team also ran a tight and busy schedule but always SO pleasant under pressure. Amazing team - well done for selecting such great staff.
