It’s really an oasis in the neighborhood, as their name. Clean, large room, convenient kitchen and helpful staff. Instructions we’re very clear about our late check in. Nice neighborhood with pubs and restaurants nearby. It’s just 5 minutes to metro by walk. It was the best part of our Rome trip.

Francesco is very kind and welcoming and makes you feel at home at his Guest House. The building is magnificent and the rooms are decorated with an amazing eye for detail. The breakfast was very enjoyable. Pigneto is a very fun, nice and for tourists mostly undiscovered neighborhood with a lot of nice restaurants, cafe's & (cocktail) bars. Being able to check in early, and leaving our suitcases at the guest house for a few more hours of sightseeing Rome after we checked out made our already perfect stay even better. Thank you very much! 10/10

The apartment is very nice, clean and equipped with everything you need, the host is a very kind and willing to help with everything you need, he allowed us to keep the luggage’s in the apartment until we left to the airport. You can find right in front of the apartment stores, restaurants and pubs. At night it gets a bit loud because it’s situated in the pedestrian zone, and the local pubs and restaurants are open until 2 am. Overall everything was perfect, surely a good place to come if you wanna visit Rome, also it’s near the metro station, we got to the center of Rome in approximately 30 minutes by metro.

Perfect place, great host, very spacious flat close to tram links for the main train station and city centre. Anna was very kind to let us find drinks and snacks on arrival. We were also able to arrange a late check out for no extra fee. I could not recommend the place enough, there are also a few food restaurants and many shops within 2-3 minutes walk.
