Awesome 1920’s renovated building. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed and close to the bus and tram stop (Prenestina officine on the 514 tramline works best). Great breakfast variety and awesome hosts - Claudia, Francesco and the cleaning staff were really friendly and helpful. The area is really cool as well - all the restaurants we visited (it is out of the touristy center) were authentic and mainly frequented by locals. Ristorante l’Aquila was a proper favorite with the best pizza we had in Rome (and we walked 5km to Trestavere to make sure).

It was my first time in Rome, I had a hard time choosing where to stay, I found this guesthouse by chance and I was very lucky. Very clean and pleasant room, amazig host Rozy❤️ who gives you all recommendations from the first meeting. She helps you with anything, anytime. About the location, you can easily get to the center by public transport, it is a quiet and good area. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Rome.

Aureliano is a fantastic host. The apartment is unassuming on the outside but very stylish on the inside with a cute terrace. Aureliano went out of his way and provided food to cook with, water and entertainment including a projector and PlayStation. The resident cat is also adorable. Cannot recommend this apartment more!

The apartment is very nice, clean and equipped with everything you need, the host is a very kind and willing to help with everything you need, he allowed us to keep the luggage’s in the apartment until we left to the airport. You can find right in front of the apartment stores, restaurants and pubs. At night it gets a bit loud because it’s situated in the pedestrian zone, and the local pubs and restaurants are open until 2 am. Overall everything was perfect, surely a good place to come if you wanna visit Rome, also it’s near the metro station, we got to the center of Rome in approximately 30 minutes by metro.
