All staff were very nice, Dennis especially was very helpful whenever we interacted. Would be a 9 rating but I've rated it 10 for the staff. Amazing location, 10 steps away from the Pantheon. We could walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Rain shower pressure excellent.

It feels more like a 5-star hotel rather than a 4-star. Very stylish and with a character interior design, good quality materials, great service level, lovely food outlets. In addition, I really like the are around the hotel - it's close to main attractions and just next doors to the most "delicious" area of Rome.
