My sister and her boyfriend stayed there from the 14th to the 17th March and they thought it was amazing! The staff were amazing and even offered the breakfast to them! The room was big, confortable and very clean! Thank you for the stay!

Very clean and modern. While away from the noise of the centre, Rome centre was still very easy to get to, just a half-hour bus ride, with various buses. It is a quiet area, very close to a pharmacy, grocery stores, supermarket, and coffee shops. The self check-in was very quick and easy, and we were contacted through Whatsapp messages by the staff almost daily, asking how the trip is going and with suggestions on where to go, also providing a digital guide with information on various places and which bus will take you there. This was a great experience made better by the excellent service.

Everything was perfect. People at the hotel (reception, bar, housekeeping, kitchen) are the kindest ever ! Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is fresh, with large amount of meals. We felt very welcomed and will sure come again :)

The apartment was very spacious and quiet, surrounded by trees, with a long balcony. We have got a very well equipped kitchen, and downstairs just in the neighboring building there was a wonderful restaurant serving a delicious sea food etc. The house is located near the EUR district of Rome. You need to see it with its incredible architecture, and history. By the way, the downtown of Rome is reachable in 20 min. by subway (metro) from Laurentina station nearby.

We stayed for 3 nights at Stanza del Principe and it was great. The location is near the bus and the subway stations so even if it’s not near the center you can easily get there. The property had everything and the bed is super comfy. We would like to thank Luisa for everything because she was a great host and helped us with everything. We will come back for sure!

It is a clean property located in a quiet neighborhood. The center of Rome can be reached in 30-40 minutes by public transport. Davide and Donika live close to the property and can intervene quickly if anything is needed. The host Donika is a sociable person, always smiling and attentive to details. Perfect location, close to everything you need, pizzeria, shop, bus. The apartment is very nice, clean and big. It is in a quiet area, the nightlife is only half an hour away by bus.

The place is very close to all the sights in Rome and it was very convenient for us as it was our starting point for our road trip in Italy. The host was very helpful and waited for us late in the evening to check in. The apartment is well equipped, the bed is really comfortable. Everything is clean and nicely furnished. The host Frederico was helping us and recommended supermarkets ( reachable by foot ) for the next day where we could get our groceries. The place was easy to find and we could park next to the building. We did not use the public transport but we could see that there is a variety of buses, trams, metro to reach all the sights in Rome within 20 minutes. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone visiting Rome.
