The room was super clean and the bathroom was modern. The location was great - close to the beach but also quite calm, also close to bus stop to center. The breakfast was simply amazing with a wide variety of food to choose from. The staff was extremely helpful and catered to our needs well - Grazie!

- Clean and spacious room and toilet - Firm and comfortable bed with many pillows - Love the bidet and towel warming rack! - Huge balcony with a washing line to hang your laundry - Abundance of towels - Friendly and kind staff who went out of their way to help us with our requests (provided us with bandaids when we asked, helped us call the train station to ask if we could change our train ticket timings on a Sunday evening - the staff persevered until someone picked up!) - Was expecting a simple breakfast but the spread surprised me. The food was delicious and fresh - Location: Near the beachside so it is not near the Old town/not super close to Rimini station but I think it was still pretty convenient

The hotel was really friendly and familial, really polite and nice. They always helped us and payed attention of everything. (Like they have different milk alternatives...) All rooms had air conditioner. The only thing we missed was a small refrigerator. It was really 100 meter from the beach:) We spent a really good time there with our family.

This was a one of the best experiences on our vacations, if not the best. This apartment is great, furnish with taste and love, with everything what we need. You can see an effort invested in furnishing the apartment. Owners are friendly and nice, and this is giving a special note for this experience. Modern and spaciuos facilities! Easy access by car (parking inlcuded), and with no car (the bus stop is nearby, fhe train station within a walk). 40 e to reach airport by taxi. We liked absolutely everything. The host and and owner are super ready-to-help! You’ve got super comfort in every room of the apartment: modern air conditioning system, electronical controll of the roof window opening and shading, large private balcony for every of three rooms turned into the side of town, super 100% sound-proof windows - no street singing ever heard, everything you need for cooking, 2 private spaciuos bathrooms. Well the apartment is 5 stars defenitely! Will come back here with no doubt!
