Francesca at the front desk was AMAZING. She helped us with dinner reservations, a taxi to Naples, and was overall a joy. The views were spectacular. The entire staff made our stay impeccable. Great breakfast each morning. Daily cleaning of room. We loved our stay. Will be recommending to our friends.

We loved our stay at the private and beautiful Palazzo Murat! On my husband birthday they suprised us with Prosecco and sang a birthday song during dinner! Breakfast was delicious and with very good variety! And the hidden oasis at the beautiful garden was just perfect. Dinner was world class - very clean taste and amazing service! Hotel is also in the middle of the shopping area, just couple of steps and you are kn in the middle of the busy Positano! Could not be happier with the choise we made.

Amazing experience. Rose the host was wonderful, she did the check in as soon as we get there, 1 hour earlier. She was always there serving everyone. Hotel was in front of the beach, probably the best located in Positano, much better than La Sirenuse for example. Room was very nice, big fridge and nice toilet. Very recommended.

Great rooms, very comfortable for family of four. excellent cleaning service, very good air conditioning in rooms, balcony to dry clothes if needed. Good breakfast with fantastic view, loved the pool and everyone was very polite. if you rent a car they have free valet services.

Our group of seven recently stayed at Grand Hotel Cesare Augusto, and we all had a fantastic experience! The hotel staff welcomed us warmly, and we were delighted to receive complimentary upgrades to recently renovated rooms with lovely views. The rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean, and beautifully designed, which made our stay extra comfortable. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with a wide selection to suit everyone’s tastes – it was the perfect start to our days. We were also grateful that the hotel kindly allowed us a late checkout at no extra charge, which made our departure much easier. The service from the staff was outstanding; they were attentive and responsive to our needs, going above and beyond to make sure our group had a smooth, enjoyable stay.
