The host, Cristian has created a very good and easy check in process, we liked it. We entered the room easily with clear exlanation by the host He was very kind, helpful and responsive, event at 02:00 a.m. Apartment was also clean, but could be cleaned very well, touilet was normal, did not have problem. It was obvious that he realy cares about his guests and business, he could succed with eliminating some shortcomings and become one of the best apartments in Milano. Good luck!
