The loft is a really stylish little appartment and clean and comfortable with everything you need. It's a half hour walk to the centre but only 5 mins to the metro and there's a supermarket and cafes close by. We didn't actually meet Natalia but she always answered messages quickly both before and during our stay and allowed us to drop our cases off early which was really helpful. The check out is also a bit later than most places which gave us extra time in Milan. All in all an excellent place to stay in Milan. We enjoyed the extra space and the use of the washing machine as we are on a long trip in Italy. Highly recommend.

Great Location , large, bright and well kept apartment. Easy to reach the duomo via tram and other central areas . We loved walking to the lovely restaurants by the canal . Navigli is a beautiful locality and you must visit it on your trip to Milan. The building had a lift and that was really a plus. The check in was super easy with the keybox and digital lock . Would highly recommend the apartment .
