Everything. Everything was according to our expectations. Be careful with hot water because it is boiler and the water runs out at some point (do not spend hot water unnecessarily). In the kitchen everything you need is available. It's noisy outside, because now is that time of year when people socialize in the evenings. On weekends expect longer evenings (or you can go out to the terrace, too) 😉 The location is very ok, the neighborhood is safe, nearby there is a bus station and 10 minutes away is the Bolivar metro station. The owner is very nice, he also provides you with a city map and also gives you tips where to eat or travel. I highly recommend the location. I am 1.67 and I had no problems in the upper bed area, I walked without problems.

The owner was incredibly kind and gave us a warm welcome, providing clear instructions for everything. We initially arrived at the wrong address, and he came to guide us to the correct location. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need and is situated in a lovely, peaceful neighborhood.

very friendly host. He explained us everything well at the handover and gave us some recommendations for restaurants in the neighbourhood. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could need (iron, shower gel, a lot of kitchen stuff and a Nespresso machine). Two different bus lines in front of the house. Metro station in 10 minutes walking distance. To the lively "Wagner" neighbourhood with a lot of bars and restaurants you will need to walk 20 minutes. The apartment is located in a smaller side road without a lot of traffic, quite calm during the night.

The hotel is really warm and clean. The personnel is welcoming and cooperative. We liked our room - it was modern and clean, can be bigger but still really nice. There is a supermarket nearby - two 2 min away. We enjoyed a nice dinner in a restaurant also in the neighborhood - 15 min walking. We have not tried the breakfast, but coffee was perfect, as always in Italy.

Accommodation is fine, a room with a shower and WC plus a shared small kitchen. It is relatively close to San Siro by local buses (49 and 64) and also the city center can be reached by bus 50 easily. Great communication, kind host.
