All were incredible,the staff was very friendly,room was really big and included all that we needed. I would like to separately note that it was very warm, the blanket was very thin and warm, very comfortable, the mattress was very cool, comfortable. The pillows too. I am very demanding of the bed - here everything was at a good level. It was quiet, maybe because we were there for Christmas - I liked it. The breakfast is not very varied, but this is compensated by the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the room. I have been to different countries, different hotels - but I really liked it here! And of course the location - very close to the metro, convenient! Easy to get to the airport.

The host was very nice with us and helped us with information and she answered at any question that we had and replied really quick. She also gave us some advices regarding some attractions and how to use the public transport. The place was clean and welcoming and was looking exactly like in the photos. It was really easy to access the metro and also if you want to take the train to go outside Milan, the train station (the central one) is 1 station away using the metro. There is everything you need for a short vacation in the city. The location is perfect as it is just 10/15 min walk from the Central station, so getting anywhere is very easy. Very nice, modern and renovated apartment.
