Fantastic stay, brilliant location with all the key tourist spots a walkable distance from the property. The room was tastefully done, very modern and comfortable. The surprise treat was a very nice gesture 😄 All queries were addressed by the team and they were easily reachable. Would really recommend this property for anyone traveling to florence.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Balestri! The entire staff—reception, porters, and housekeeping—were incredibly polite and courteous, making me feel right at home. Despite my not speaking Italian, they went out of their way to guide me to Florence's must-see tourist spots and historic landmarks, which I truly appreciated. I opted for the apartment instead of a standard hotel room, and it was a fantastic choice. The view from the tiny balcony, overlooking the city's vibrant main street, was breathtaking. Sipping my morning coffee there was one of the highlights of my trip! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a delicious breakfast, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the apartment included a washer—super convenient for those jumping from one city to another—and the bathroom was spotless and really well organized. My stay couldn't have been more comfortable. I'm so grateful to the entire Balestri team for making my experience so memorable. I can't wait to return!
