Amazing location, well equipped and impeccably clean. Great for families too. Walking distance to statue of David (8 mins stroll) Perseus and Medusa and maybe 15 mins stroll to Cathedral Santa Maria del Fiore. some fantastic restaurants, coffee shops and wine bars close by also. Host Fabio couldn't have been more helpful and communication was clear before and during our stay. Highly recommend.

Riccardo and Lavinia were the perfect hosts! They communicated with us through WhatsApp even before our arrival and provided specific directions on how to reach the property through private and public transport. Upon arriving, they met us and helped us with our luggages. They also gave us a short story about their property and the rich history behind it. We LOVED everything about the apartment and it was perfect for our group of 11 people! Conad City grocery store was just across the street, which allowed us to buy fresh produce and other dry goods for our needs. The School of Leather was a few hundred meters away, so was Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery, and Piazza dela Signoria. There were many restaurants, coffee shops and leather goods stores nearby. Riccardo even gave us his recommendations on where to eat, how to go around Florence, where to go for day trips, and so much more! We felt welcomed, safe, and definitely at home.

The location was very central to the beautiful city of Florence. The owners were welcoming and very accommodating. I only stayed 2 nights and wish I had booked more. The room was comfortable, shower was strong, and the breakfast was delicious. My first day out I followed the map the owners shared with the highlights of the city, I had dinners at their recommended restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed it all. Thank you so much I look forward to my next visit.

The best part was the hosts Mira and Francesco, a lovely couple that run Locanda de' Ciompi. The room was beautiful and the location of the hotel was near everything. Our hosts made the stay most memorable. We got tips about restaurants and places to go. Francescos knowledge of the city is outstanding. He really opened my now fiancé's and my eyes to the beauty of Florence. And remember, as Francesco told us, "You are going on a date with a very special lady, make sure to dress up, her name is Florence". One of the restaurants that Francesco recommended us is the place where we got engaged. And if there was a rating for hospitality, I would go for 20 out of 10. We are most definetely coming back!

Everything is good here. They are caring and the place is so clean and has thoughtful touches. Breakfast is delicious and generous.

Location is a bit far from the centre for a family with small kids, but we know it from the beginning, so no complain at all. Very good response from Mamo team and very friendly. The apartment itself is good and well maintained.
