The owner of the B&B was extremely friendly and gave excellent advice catered specifically to you - for example, what to do if you love art and museums, or where to eat if you want to try a specific food. Breakfast was delicious with an assortment of local pastries, and also staples like cereals, breads and yoghurt. The coffee was also great. The B&B itself was located within the main tourist area, right next to all the major attractions and restaurants. Overall great place to stay.

The hotel's location, cleanliness and service were so good, thanks to the location of the hotel, which is a 2-minute walk from Santa Croce, you can reach everywhere, museums, important squares, churches, night clubs and bars in a very short time by foot, our hotel owners were very caring and polite to us, they helped us a lot for everything, such as they gave valuable advice about restaurants, museums and things to do in Florence, they took care of our restaurant reservation for us to eat steak one night, after we checked out of the hotel, they did their best to keep our belongings forgotten in the room safe and deliver them to us, thank you very much for this beautiful experience, we definitely recommend it for a local, sweet, reliable experience...

This was the most homie hotel ever! Comfortable, bright, big and beautiful room with river views. Pictures express the reality. The room was just the same. Staff- excellent! Location - easily walkable and very nice. We will definitely stay here, If we travel in Florence again!
