Great stay! The rooms are clean and quiet and the location of the B&B is excellent. I can’t say enough good things about Carmine, he is awesome! He’s always available to answer questions or give food recommendations; your restaurant recommendations were great Carmine, grazie mille! Excelllent host and excellent location! We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Florence.

The best location. Only a block from the Duomo and easy walking distance to other attractions and restaurants. Piazza San Lorenzo had really good restaurants and was just around the corner. The room was spacious and the beds firm and comfortable. Big bathroom as well. Breakfast was great and kept well stocked by the staff. All staff were friendly and happy to answer any questions.

We stayed at the hotel for four nights. The location is perfect, a few minutes from the cathedral Santa Maria del Fiore and yet on a quieter side street. We had a room with a roof terrace, which was actually unbeatable - view of the cathedral and the Basilica of San Lorenzo. The welcome was very warm, the arrival by car was explained very well via Whatsapp and the organization of the parking lot worked perfectly. Next time we are in Florence we will definitely book this hotel again.

the location, the staff‘s friendliness, we had a fantastic family suite. the breakfast was really jummy. a cool contemporary hotel in the heart of Florence. we arrived by car, guidance to the hotel and valet parking was excellent, the garage is in really close walking distance which was really handy as we forgot something in the car during our late arrival.

It is like the perfect place to stay in Florence. The location is close to the Train Station, major attractions and shopping streets. The place is spacious and clean, with plenty of space for my family. There are a few cafes that are open early in the morning so that you can buy breakfast before 9am. Everything was perfect! Pierpaolo was incredibly welcoming and helpful—everything he suggested to us was amazing. The room was stunning and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The bathroom was also beautiful and spotlessly clean. Additionally, the location was ideal, making it easy to explore Florence.
