the location, the staff‘s friendliness, we had a fantastic family suite. the breakfast was really jummy. a cool contemporary hotel in the heart of Florence. we arrived by car, guidance to the hotel and valet parking was excellent, the garage is in really close walking distance which was really handy as we forgot something in the car during our late arrival.

It is like the perfect place to stay in Florence. The location is close to the Train Station, major attractions and shopping streets. The place is spacious and clean, with plenty of space for my family. There are a few cafes that are open early in the morning so that you can buy breakfast before 9am. An extra plus point - there were a couple of Chinese restaurants nearby!
