Top location, near the main tourist attractions and not far from the train station. Our room was HUGE and so beautiful! The views of the city center were breathtaking! It was super quite at night. There are lots of cafes and restaurants in the area nearby. Value for money!

The location at the fringe of the city center makes it an oasis after the hustle & bustle of downtown.
After the visual oppulence of time in Florence I find the it very soothing & relaxing for the eye & the mind to return to this less decorated (but still very breathy and spacious) location within the walls of the convent compound.
The breakfast lounge & the buffet are absolutely my taste, very very good!

Lovely room in Florence, right next to the river. It looks just like the photos, is spacious and comfortable with cosy indirekt lighting. Our room faced the back so it was nice and quiet. Having parking included was also a huge plus.

Awesome spacious apartment (we were 6 adults) with very kind host who gave us detailed tips & hints what and when to visit. Place is in a neighbourhood where mostly locals live so we felt the Firenze spirit in its best. We were in a walking distance to the most popular sightseeings in the city.

The apartment, as well as the building, is very well maintained. There is a big lift, but the staircase is easy to climb. You will sleep in TOTAL darkness and silence on a supportive mattress which is soft topped. It is not an inner spring mattress. There is no noise from other residents above or next door. The sleeper couch in the second bedroom is full length and looks of super high quality. We did not use it. The couch in the lounge is very comfortable. The linen and everything else in the apartment is of finest quality. There are plenty of firm pillows. There is temperature control underfloor heating throughout. A stay here will leave you very well rested after exploring the many sites within walking distance. As a side note - the fine dining restaurant Atelier De’ Nerli is 1 minute walk away on the next corner and highly recommend it for a special event. Another restaurant, where you can enjoy the best traditional Tuscan fare with wines recommended by their sommelier is Le Barrique, which is a 2 minute walk away. Both are favourites with locals and reasonably priced.
