We were very late arriving due to a missed connection and lost luggage. This was no problem - Eliana waited up for us and instead of the dinner we had ordered, cooked a beautiful lunch the next day and was flexible with a late checkout of one room as well. The place is very easily accessible by tram from the airport and city centre. Perfect for a transit (as we were) or a convenient base to visit Florence.
