A fully equipped apartment with great attention to detail — a clear sign of how thoughtful and caring the hosts are. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The tram connection to the historic city center and the airport was very convenient. We received thorough instructions from the hosts, both written and in person, including excellent tips for local transport and even detailed guidance for parking, which was extremely helpful. Another big plus is the easy access to the highway for exploring the Tuscan countryside.

This property is so much more spacious than the photos make it look, I was very pleasantly surprised. The host who let us in was super friendly and helpful. Small things like coffee, soap and washing tablets were left for us. They have thought of everything for a comfortable stay. The location is better than it appears as it is on the T2 tram line so getting to and from the centre is very easy, much easier than other city locations. There is a dog and children's park just opposite so it would be a good location for a family. The area is quiet residential but this means there are nice cafes and supermarkets close by. I would stay here again.
