The appartment is really close to the tram stations and makes it really easy to get to the city centre. I had some issues with some noisy neighbours and the host was really helpful with it. At the same time, I needed a late check out and the host made it possible. It was a really nice place to stay.

Very quiet and classy accomodation, in a beautiful park, at the edge of Florence. A short downhill walk of approx. 400m takes you to the tramway stop, with direct access straight to the heart of the city. Ideal location if you travel by car and don't want to spend the night in the crowdy and noisy centre, but yet want to explore the city. Breakfast and breakfast rooms are excellent!

Sara and gisele were amazing hosts, from the moment we checked in they were extremely helpful and hospitable. The apartment was clean and they restocked it with free water, fruits and snacks everyday. The apartment was a 1 minute walk from the tram that took us right into the center of the city. The whole apartment was spotless and they checked in on us everyday to make sure we had everything we needed. I had an amazing experience staying at their place and i would definitely recommend it to anyone who plans on visiting florence

Very hospitable hostess, left us sweets, water and tea according to the number of people. I liked that the flat is very clean and cosy, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay: 2 large rooms (all rooms and kitchen with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms with shower, balcony. In walking distance: parking, supermarket, tram stop and swimming pool, while the area is very quiet and peaceful. We (a family of 4) would love to come back to this flat again to see the sights of Florence and relax.

Likes: It has a new/fresh feel to it. It has plenty of headroom (I'm 1.9m tall and I've stayed in other locations where I've been hitting my head, so this is a consideration for me. The staff were very helpful and polite. It felt extremely clean Breakfast was excellent. The keys were to newer types of lock.. felt very secure. Dislikes: No lifts The bed had a footboard, and as I am tall, this was a niggle.

The place is very new and very comfortable. Extremely worth for the price! I was also able to check in very late (23:00). One thing I really loved about the hotel was the high ceiling. It makes the room feel more spacious.

Review for My Stay in Florence I had a wonderful stay in this accommodation in Florence! The location was excellent, just a short walk from the tram station, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was spacious, bright, and very comfortable. What I appreciated the most was the attention to detail – they had everything I needed, even a lint roller!
