I had a great stay at Palazzo Lombardo. The room was lovely, spacious and had great facilities. The hotel is located near the stadium, a little outside of the city centre, but you can reach the centre within 15 minutes by taxi. The staff were always helpful and very friendly and courteous. I would definitely stay here again.

Really friendly staff and very helpful! We were happy to have an upgrade of the room, so we were surprised with a big terrasse with a jacuzzi on it) good breakfast at the hotel, very clean rooms with tea & coffee machine.

Good and clean rooms. The location was good and the complementary shuttle service to the center was extremely useful to avoid driving to the centre. Parking is available on the property at 26 euros/day; though a little expensive, it's very convenient. All the staff were good, helpful and very welcoming.

Silvia is amazing. She waited for us with the keys and explained everything. Her attention to detail in the house was awesome. The house is spotless clean, she even provided sweets for the kids :) The house itself is on a great location, near city center by walking. Apartment has a very fresh interior (same as on pictures). It's clean and enough big. Very suitable for family stay. Balcony has a very nice view on backyard. Location is very quiet at night and it is just about 300-350 meters from historical city center. If I come back to Florence one day I will stay here again!
