This is by far the best place we have ever stayed in. It is beyond beautiful, charming, magical place where you feel like you are in a fairytale😍 Breakfast room was so cute ,with a big selection of food and drinks for everyone. A very nice apartment situated outside the ZTL with free parking and self check-in, which was very easy. Walking distance(30 minutes) from city center which was a bless after a large Florentine steak 🥩 in the city centre! We don't have enough words to thank you, Casa Bertini! Grazie!

We really loved this property. Silvia has renovated her aunt’s former apartment in an old/historic building to a very high, and tasteful, standard. Everything looks & feels like you’re the first visitors. Silvia herself met us to let us in & show us everything and she’s a lovely lady who messaged later that evening to make sure we were happy & everything was good. She’s thought of everything & we wanted for nothing. I think this is the first time I’ve ever given full marks to a property & it’s richly deserved.
