Friendly staff, nice balcony but most important that we had water in the room and when you travel long day, trying to find transportation, room it is very important you come to room and you have a water 🫠 that you don't need to go and look for it. Thank you 😊

Everything was perfect. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The location was excellent – we could get to the center of Florence by taxi in under 10 minutes. We especially appreciated how truly dog-friendly the hotel is – our dog was welcome everywhere, felt at home, and thanks to that, we felt very relaxed and comfortable too. We really value this kind of attitude.

The receptionist went above and beyond for us,she made sure every question we had was answered thoroughly and with care.💯 Cleanliness was top-notch, not just in the room but throughout the entire property. Everything smelled fresh, looked new, and was very well maintained.✨️ The food was excellent tasty, well prepared, and satisfying.🥰 Overall, there was nothing missing. We really loved this property. Silvia has renovated her aunt’s former apartment in an old/historic building to a very high, and tasteful, standard. Everything looks & feels like you’re the first visitors. Silvia herself met us to let us in & show us everything and she’s a lovely lady who messaged later that evening to make sure we were happy & everything was good. She’s thought of everything & we wanted for nothing. I think this is the first time I’ve ever given full marks to a property & it’s richly deserved.
