The location is perfect for families. Odayam beach is a short walk and is quieter and cleaner than Varkala beach. Some days we had the entire beach to ourselves. We won’t ever forget surfing and swimming as the sun sets. Beautiful.

Very cozy place with a good vibe! When I was there it wasn't very crowded, I think it would have been even nicer with more people, but the guys who run it are super nice and the house and garden are really comfortable

What a lovely homestay! We had a great time at Villa Akassa! The rooms were exactly like they looked on the pictures, super comfortable. The place is so well located with a great cafe right across which has steps leading you down to the beach! The breakfast was great, despite what some reviews said it was more than enough food! They gave a freshly cut bowl of fruits with our choice of breakfast!

Wonderful beach. Amazing staff. Beautiful property with hammock’s in green, lush surroundings. Nice view of ocean also from breakfast location. Shopping at the end of the beach, very nice in every way.

The wellcoming from Sajeev and Vijayan was fantastic. We had access to all of the amenities in the house and they provided us with great advice to really enjoy our stay in Varkala. Sharing breakfast with them was great time to talk and learn a bit more about the place and ways to reach our next destination. The level of service was outstanding and they really cared for us during our stay in Madhav Mansion. We would highly recommend it! Devi Kripa Residency is a very nice, comfortable, clean place with a very good location. We extend our stay because it was really good time and we felt there like at home. Another plus is fridge, washing mashine and kitchen 🙂 Highly reccomend

Property ,especially rooms and bathrooms are very neat and clean, AC remote battery very weak so not able to adjust temperature, you can include tea/coffe along with breakfast, and Hot water is not available in the bathroom, appart from these concern, it's very good Property giving feel like Home

Our room was spacious with beautiful terrace to relax. The house and facilities are new, very clean and well maintained. Location is quiet, just one minute walk to the nice Odayam beach. Several decent restaurants nearby. We could choose breakfast in Blue Water Resort or home made keralas breakfast on the terrace. Faizal and his family are great hosts always ready to help onsite or via WatsApp.
