The hotel is a historic building located in a nice area in the heart of Delhi. The staff is amazing. Facilities are very well maintained. Go for the art tour with Iris, it’s well worth it. This is definitely the best hotel I’ve stayed so far.

This review is especially to appreciate Mr. Ankit for his excellent services, I travel frequently and have been coming here for last few years, Ankit welcomes very nicely every time and makes feel safe, he knows the places around here very well which helps a lot, for the first time I have found a place where I can stay safely with my family after coming from abroad. There are a lot of changes in the place compared to earlier and the cleanliness of the room is very good, earlier I used to come with my friends, this time I specially came with my family to your hotel in Delhi because the view and location of the hotel is very good.

The recently refurbished Shangri-La Eros New Delhi offers 5 dining options and an outdoor swimming pool. India Gate is 2.5 km and Jantar Mantar is 1.3 km away.

Location was great, and the street was very quiet. The breakfast was a mix of Indian and western food. I really liked it. The room is clean and modern.

Location was great; it was near a lot of shops and restaurants. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. I had two friends who ended up with a delayed flight, and needed a last minute reservation, and the employee at reception was super quick to assist them with a room.

This was my first two nights in India as a solo female traveller and it was exactly what I was hoping for. The staff were very helpful, the building is almost inside a sort of compound so everything feels very secure and there's security around. The staff also helped to arrange an airport pick up which worked great. The WiFi was fast, the hot water was amazing and the room was huge with loads of storage. Plus there's an ATM right next door. Breakfast was plentiful and down in the dining area and you can order VERY GOOD food to your room if you don't want to go out at night. Tandoori paneer was delicious! I walked to many of the sites from the hotel but Janpath station isn't far and the metro is very safe - bonus female only carriage. Yes the place is dated and the rooms are basic but you can tell it's been going for years and is a smooth operation. But also, for that price, I really don't know what some people expect ... If you want luxury/modern, go stay in a chain hotel and pay the price for it. This hotel does absolutely everything it needs to. Would definitely recommend!

Really good location, lovely rooms and nice bathrooms. Very quiet, which is remarkable for this part of Delhi. Excellent room service, very good food, great Minibar! I needed to use the laundry service due to a mishap on the metro. The hotel arranged it with the greatest of efficiency. What really made for an excellent experience was the staff; all of them incredibly helpful, polite and just very lovely. Particular mention should go to Shadab on the front desk. He immediately made me feel welcome on my arrival, sorted out the laundry and helped with my onward travel.
