The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The customer service was excellent. The property was always very clean and well cared for. The room was decent sized for three people. I liked how they provided an adapter for guests to use during their stay.

The friendly and attentive staff were the best part of this stay! They were very accomodating and exceeded service expectations. The way they thoroughly cleaned the room every day was amazing. It was such a clean villa every time we returned to our rooms. The villas are also suited for couples, groups and families. The food was also delicious and varied in options. The natural views was absolutely amazing!

Villa Sabandari is simply superb in every way. The gardens, pool, outlook and rooms are all gorgeous in their design and upkeep. We particularly appreciated how thoughtfully things had been set up - placement of loungers for a perfect mix of shade/sun, the sarongs and umbrellas in each villa, the cleanliness, mosquito nets over the bed (though we didn't need it) healthy snacks from the kitchen, comfortable outdoor furniture on each villa's terrace. Staff lit a mosquito coil (artistically hidden) outside each villa every evening to ensure we were comfortable (we were!). The afternoon teas and breakfasts were amazing.
The owner and staff are lovely people. That some staff have been there many years tells you it's a well-run and respectful workplace (which matters to us). Staff and owner were always available to help us with arrangements, directions, drop-offs and pick-ups. I got sick with "Bali belly" (from food eaten elsewhere) and they made it easy for us to stay on an extra few nights, and even delivered bowls of plain rice to help me recover. Finally - and this always matters to me - the bed was incredibly comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We were among the first guests in this new and unique place in Ubud. The villa was spotless, beautifully designed, with a stunning jungle view. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, recommending places and arranging a bike and taxi for us. We also enjoyed a beautiful floating breakfast by the pool. It was our honeymoon and we even wanted to extend, but the villa was already fully booked. Thank you for making our stay so special!
