Given upgraded room even with very competitive rate. Very happy and satisfied with stay. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Location ideal next to gubeng, however for walking access from station to hotel need to use Google maps to find crossing over rail line, as there seems to be no direct pedestrian exit from station to the western side.

Travelling as two female backpackers we really enjoyed our night at Kampi Hotel. Facilities were nice and breakfast buffet was the best one we had in a long time haha. Location is close to Tunjungan Plaza. Thanks to the amazing reception staff and especially Saddam who took great care of us when our shuttle was (very) late! :)

Unbelievable value for money: the room was large, luxurious and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is easily accessible from/to the main train station and airport.
