The breakfast was amazing, huge variety to choose from, every staff member made you feel comfortable and made sure you are well taken care of and served upon. A big “Matur Nuwun” to the Front Desk”Ibu” and “Bapak”security who was working on the 29 Sep 2022 at 0900 to 1100hrs who showed genuine concern for me. Really nice and comfortable place. There is a good gym and outdoor pool and there is a huge mall in the building which has lots of retail shops, food options, supermarket and even 2 cinemas. You actually don't need to leave the complex which is slightly dangerous 😁 Christian was also an excellent host and very responsiveness during our stay when/if we had any questions.

Room is very clean and since the entrance is inside a large mall it’s conveniently close to any store or restaurant you’ll need. Large and beautiful swimming pool also on the property. Our host was extremely helpful and friendly and made the whole experience even better.
