The staff were efficient and very responsive to all requests including booking of airport transfers, room service and storage of items etc. Despite being a peak period with ARTBASEL activities and the hotel was almost at full capacity - the hotel staff were able to response swiftly to all requests. Just a little bit old but clean & well maintained, everything you need is provided such as a hair dryer, water and other facilities. Location is also good, there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel which goes straight to the airport. I had a pleasant stay and nothing to complain about it.
