I had a high-level king room with harbour view. The room was spacious, clean, modern, very quiet, tastefully decorated and very well-designed. I enjoyed the hotel's outdoor pool very much too. Grand Hyatt is linked to Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) which means walking to the MTR is so easy and it doesn't matter if it rains because you'll be under the roof the entire time. Calling an Uber is so easy too because Grand Hyatt is a popular spot where drivers pick up and drop off passengers all the time. Staying at Grand Hyatt made my stay in Hong Kong a perfect holiday.

Very very bug breakfast buffet. Lovely room with view on the harbour. If it hadn't been cloudy and rainy would have seen the light show at 8pm from the bed. Clean room, very nice and it made us feel at home right away.

Just a little bit old but clean & well maintained, everything you need is provided such as a hair dryer, water and other facilities. Location is also good, there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel which goes straight to the airport. I had a pleasant stay and nothing to complain about it.
