The staff were efficient and very responsive to all requests including booking of airport transfers, room service and storage of items etc. Despite being a peak period with ARTBASEL activities and the hotel was almost at full capacity - the hotel staff were able to response swiftly to all requests. The room was beautifully thought out for every comfort. We had an amazing view from the window. Loved the use of the black and white images of English looking toads, foxes etc.
The room was clean and we really appreciated being able to do a load of washing as we had been in Sri Lanka for 3 weeks prior. We just needed clean clothes for a couple of days, so a load of washing was perfect.
The bathroom was roomy and spacious too.
Also the staff were able to recommend a street to buy art/antiques. Just great.

Every single thing in this hotel made with thoughts to state a clear perfection. I've booked the Grand Premier Peak View Room (Newly Renovated) on the 52F - just WOW. "HK Island is in your hands" this is my description for the room-view. The facilities are modern with a classic attitude & you can feel the same thing at every place you go around the hotel. A superb breakfast. Exceptional cleanness. Location - 1min walk to HK Park. The hotel connected to Pacific Place shopping centre. 8min walk to Admiralty MTR station. bottom line, with no surprises, this hotel worth his fare.
