We stayed at Bella Vista just as everywhere was going into lock down a couple of years ago. We were made fantastically welcome then and so had to come back and visit this time round. Nothing had changed and we were so pleased to see Pannos, the owner, and catch up. Almost as if we hadn't been away. Thankyou.

I want to start with a huge thank you to the one who saved my vacation MARIAH SKARAKI I arrived at the most beautiful hotel I've ever been to, with the most amazing receptionist I've ever met, Maria Skaraki . The hotel is located a short drive from the city center, very suitable for couples. I arrived alone and wanted quiet, but for me alone the hotel was too quiet. And I didn't take a car in my budget. The second I contacted Maria, she made phone calls and made sure to find me a hotel located in the city center so that I would be close to everything and would not need a car. Everything was with a smile and joy! The best service I received in one hour of staying at the hotel. Maria you are amazing! Huge thanks!! it's not taken for granted!!

Our experience at Mitos Village was perfect!! It is located outside of Heraklion in a nice quite village. The facilities were amazing and our rooms were sparkling clean! The staff was polite, very hospitable and helpful. We went to Crete to run on Crete Half marathon. At the day of the race we left early to go to the race. Thus, we weren't able to join the breakfast. After discussing with the reception they provided us with sandwiches and special food for me since I have allergy issues. I totally suggest it. We will choose it again for sure!

The hotel complex is an absolute oasis, located only 2min walk to a lovely sandy beach. The pool facilities, gardens and quality of the rooms here were all exceptional and the staff were really friendly.
