I have enjoyed staying at this property. It is newly refurbished, very clean, with all necessary amenities. The location is great: away from the main street but within short walking distance from the Acropolis. The hosts were very friendly and provided help and advice for all my requests.

The flat is perfect for 2 people. The balcony is very nice and cosy with a dining table and chairs. The metro station Neos Kosmos is just a few meters away and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. There are some places to eat and have a drink downstairs and even more in the koukaki neighborhood, 15 minutes on foot from the apartment (most of them on the streets Veikou and Falurou). Marios, our host, was very kind and even waited for us to welcome us to the flat, even if we arrived late at night (between 1 and 2 am). He shared his list of favourite places on Google maps which we appreciated very much.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in the heart of Athens! The location is unbeatable, with everything you could want just a short walk away, including a metro station and numerous iconic sights. The apartment itself was impeccably clean and had a wonderful, fresh scent upon arrival. It was fully equipped with all the amenities I needed, making my stay extremely comfortable. The highlight, however, was the stunning, full view of the Acropolis. Maria, who manages the apartment, was incredibly professional, kind, and always willing to help. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and even allowed us to have a late checkout at no extra charge, which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Athens!
