Very friendly staff and very good breakfast and excellent location and brand new facility

The exceptional and royal welcome that Ioanna extended to me on arrival and throughout my lovely stay there. Ioanna collected me on my arrival at Elliniko station. Ioanna obviously places huge emphasis on Hospitality which shows throughout her personality. The common room and kitchen foods and drinks were made Freely available to me and one could have a lavish breakfast and plenty of snacks during the day. She even prepared her own home cooked Moussaka and Gyros for me which are the best that I have tasted in either Athens or Glifada. She is an incredible hospitable lady and her attention to detail in running this business is second to none. Any requests from me were dealt with in a kind, courteous, and smiling manner. I was thrilled by the way she passed on her knowledge of Greek culture and the different ways that Greek people prepare their foods. She has an advantage in dealing with international guests as Ioanna speaks fluent English, French and Greek to name just three of the languages she possesses. I was very happy with the location as it is only less than a mile from both Aster and Voula beaches or about 15 minutes walk to both. My bus stop to go to Elliniko Metro was less than a 100 metres walk and I could be in Syntagma Sg in less that 25 minutes. There are plenty of shops a large supermarket and many cafes within 500 meters a short taxi ride will have you in Voula where there is plenty of nightlife. My room was very spacious,spotlessly clean, comfortable,with all accessories provided and a wonderful mountain view from my bedroom balcony. After the hustle and bustle of Athens I slept like a baby. Fresh towels were provided every morning and any bathroom items needed were happily attended to. At sunset a wonderful view of the ferries leaving Piraeus port going to Crete and other islands could be seen. Finally this guest house is appropriately named with Hospitality the key ingredient. I intend to return.

The room was so comfortable. Location very convenient within walking distance to most of shops and restaurants. Hotel breakfast was outstanding and all working stuff were very much cooperative and nice they even offered us 2 complimentary massage sessions during our stay ❤️

Nice design minimalist , kitchen full, centrally located in Glyfada area. the manager Eirini it’s fantastic, I suggest south 42 for short or long stay!

It was a good location for what we wanted. It was clean. The kitchen was fairly well equiped and functional.

The hosts were exceptional, and the location was ideal, with all the necessary amenities within a five-minute walking distance. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a convenient and comfortable stay.

Amazing apartment, with perfect location.

Everything was perfect. Owners are very nice and kind. They give you the best experience is possible to have. Inside the apartment you have everything you need and more. At the end of the journey, they make us even a bowl with fresh fruits and glasses of orange juice. The best owners ever! Thank you very much!

The apartment when I arrived it was in perfect conditions and even had complementary water, wine and all the basic needs, didn’t need to go to the grocery store to buy them. When I had questions, owner was super responsive and willing to help.
