The accomodation was perfect, spacey, clean, comfortable, quiet and everything all you need was
provided. The area also was so beautiful with lost of cafes, great restaurants and only 10 min. Walking from train station. After 3 busy days in Edinburgh hostel stay and visit to Highlands, it was great decision to spend my last night here for a good sleep, get prepared for my train trip to London. Thanks to everyone at the property for their warm welcome and great conversation.

It was overall lovely! Everyone was very welcoming and if you need anything, they are super helpful and nice!
My room was beautiful, quite big and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and thommy is always there for a friendly and informative chat! I felt very much at home!
Just as information (nor at all a criticism): the place has a lot of stairs and steps. If you have mobility difficulties, this might not be the right fit. But otherwise I fully recommend this place. I would (and hopefully will) book this again every time!

Very simple, clean room, having an en-suite bathroom was lovely. Very close to new town, provided luggage storage before and after check-in was also helpful. Staff was also lovely!
