It was like you are in Thailand. The gardens are breathtaking and very well maintained and full of golden fishes. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and have very luxurious vibe. The breakfast is one of the best I have ever had with everything of premium quality and natural orange juice everywhere. I suggest to also try the restaurants apart from the breakfast which are of premium quality. Two pools were heated and extremely relaxing. The staff are extremely friendly including the guys in the mini club. For kids they have a very nice mini club and there are some activities which are not free but very good quality and worth the price. I will come back to this place again very soon and suggest everyone to give it a try!

Place exceeded our expectations so we added an additional night. As for me, the best ad for a hotel. Most fantastic breakfast I have ever had and a lovely swimming pool you will spend all the time.

Excellent hotel. Central location in the old town. Clean rooms, excellent shower cabin, shampoo, air conditioning, fridge, clean beds, bedding always renewed; large porch with chair and tables. Hairdryer; fast wifi. Strict cleaning. Comfort, quality, silence. All brand new. The cleanliness of the bedding is excellent. Breakfast is plentiful. There is free coffee, tea and water 24 hours a day. The staff is absolutely fabulous; from the waiter who serves breakfast to the maids in the rooms. They are polited; courteous, always smiling. Fred is the receptionist: he speaks several languages, he is absolutely exceptional, helpful, friendly, affable. He is the soul of this hotel. He is a rare human being and always has a smile for the customer. The hotel has a private garage for 10 euros in a nearby location. You walk down the street and you are on the beach, in the center of everything. A FABULOUS hotel!

We liked everything, we had a wide and fully equipped room, and the pool was very beautiful and secluded. The hotel is very green and located in the center of Benidorm. The food was delicious and varied, both for breakfast and dinner. We would like to return again.
