A paradise in a paradise the staff are professional and helpful I believe it depends how the top management trains the staff I had the previlidge of meeting the general manager Mr Mohamed who seems to be hands on man talking rounds of the resort with his managers like back to floor series this is why this facility is so exceptional Mr wael at front desk was very helpful and professional in executing his duties he has exceptional peoples management skills which you need in hospitality bussiness

In my opinion everything was perfect ! Food was always good ! Every restaurant was clean! Staff was amazingly nice! Always trying to help in everything you need, they help us a lot with since the check in they made it available earlier for us, also we needed to change room ( it was because our logistics, not hotel related at all) and they happily assisted and helped us to move everything to new room😊 I am very happy with all they did for us !

I had an amazing stay at Jaz! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The room was immaculate, the amenities were exceptional, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, especially Ahmad and Mohammad at the front office and Mustafa and Abd in the restaurant. My all-inclusive reservation included excellent food with a wide variety of choices. The beachfront location offers breathtaking views and a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend it for a fantastic and relaxing getaway!
