This was our second stay at BerLietz. Friendly welcome (again). Comfortable modern little apartment with off-street parking, in a residential area close to shops, restaurants and public transport. Little touches including some 'welcome drinks' (beer and soft) in the fridge, ice creams in the freezer (it was very hot during our stay), coffee and tea bags, fresh rolls and a newspaper every morning. Very relaxing stay in a great city.

While one expects comfort and nice place from a hotel of this caliber, what truly set this place apart was the exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. Traveling with kids is challenging, but the team went above to ensure our family felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place.

Spacious apartment with high ceilings. The two bedrooms were separated by a long corridor, which meant a lot of privacy for all. Good space in kitchen for breakfast or card games in the evening. Spotlessly clean. 5 Mins from train station with excellent connections to all areas. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity, not to mention supermarkets, which were open till 10pm. Very comfortable and convenient for a family trip.

We traveled with 2 big kids and a 1-year-old baby, as well as grandma and uncle, so we needed a spacious apartment so the baby would feel free to crawl around and still have privacy. The apartment was amazing, very clean and comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. Very clean and location was quite but still not very far from all touristic locations.

Breakfast was amazing and I had great conversations with other guests. Even though I missed breakfast on my second day because I had to leave early, the staff left fruits and biscuits on my table which I could take with me, and allowed me to pack a sandwich. This was very thoughtful and is a testament to the amazing detail and care that was extended to all guests. I felt right at home throughout my stay here. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and beautifully decorated. The hotel is centrally located, and within walking distance of shops and restaurants and grocery stores.
