breakfast was delicious. there are buns and dumplings eggs, bread and croissant. teas and coffees etc. room is clean. and quiet. no smoke smell. the best thing i like is the basement has lots of delicious variety of restaurants. very convenient for elderly or small children who dont like to walk very far to find food or airplane to catch. lot of electronics in that area. there is also market plaza very near if you want to buy cheap snacks to bring home, there is also fruit stands near the hotel. it is also near Peets coffee shop which sell decaffinated coffee beans(major dickenson)and is less sour (less acidity) which i prefer than starbucks. the location is great.

Staff are all friendly, attentive and helpful. It was a surprise that there was a electronic bidget in the bathroom which usually can only find at hotels in Japan. Buffet breakfast was worth to try especially I had been offered a 20% off. There were lots of variety and the food were delicious. I did not expect we could have ice cream for breakfast buffet!

At the Ritz, all is great, as one would expect. We had some issue with the room, and the issue was solved very professionally: this is how a superior 5 star hotel is supposed to work! Good outdoor swimming pool. Great breakfast (the breakfast at Ritz is the "benchmark" I use to compare breakfasts at other hotels). Superior food quality and ample choice of both western and local food. Can also find india-style breakfast and fresh sushi. Subway a 2 min walk, a food plaza at 3 min walk....
