We loved the room design and the entire hotel look. It's very beautiful and the staff really kind and always available. We checked in a bit late, but they've been also very nice and let us having dinner in the restaurant despite the fact they were about to close the kitchen. We had no time to use the sauna or the gym but I appreciated this hotel for all the offered services, like the free bar in the room. I would love to come back and highly recommend it!

OMG! I loved every bit of my experience from customer service, to cleanliness, to room layout, to the most delicious breakfast! One of the best breakfasts I've ever had at a budget hotel! Location...GREAT improvement in air conditioning system: WONDERFUL. Breakfast outdoors is ' to die for' not to mention the quality of the buffet...staff accommodates my need to store luggage...BEST hotel in Zürich for me ( I have stayed in many others when St. Josef is full).
