A stunning hotel with spotless rooms and crisp, fresh sheets. The staff is incredibly polite and welcoming. The on-site restaurant serves an absolutely delicious dinner, and the breakfasts are excellent. All the staff was excellent, smiling and very attentive. Almost everyone speaks at least German, French and English. The facilities are great, and despite the size of the hotel, you can feel a personal approach towards the guests.

It was our second time a this hotel- the staff were lovely as always. The hotel lobby and restaurant were recently renovated and it looks beautiful. The rooms are a good size. Nice balconies with lovely views. Bathrooms feel recently updates and clean and fresh. The restaurant is well known and the food is excellent. The breakfast spread is really really good. Feels very homey.
