It was a perfect stay - the room was spacious, the view was beautiful, the personnel was very kind. The food in the restaurant Cheval Blanc (3 Micheline stars) in the hotel was extraordinary, absolutely amazing. The bar and the brasserie were also fantastic.

Fantastic facilities, we liked the layout, it worked well for our family group and the apartment had everything we needed. Good location. Very clean and well appointed. Great communication, instructions and follow up from the hosts. Their kindness showed in the little extras throughout the apartment and we would happily stay here again.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and ideally located right in the heart of Basel, yet on a quiet and safe street. Maria was incredibly welcoming and responsive. We went for the Christmas market and the hotel was in a great location for this as we could walk to it in around 20 minutes. Also it is very close to the main tram stops
