I arrived in the midst of a big storm, around 9 pm and staff were friendly and helpful as we waited for wifi to come back on for checkin. I chose the location because of its close proximity to Pacific Central Station and it was easy to catch my 530 am bus to Kelowna, with staff available. Very good to know for my next trip to Vancouver.

We lived the big room with kitchen and kingsize bed in the 8th floor. The staff is very kind an highly professional. It’s located near the beach.

Loved the location and easy contact free check-in. Though we did not need it, having a number provided inside the suite entrance. for 24 hour help provided ease of mind. The bed was very comfortable and pull out couch bedding easily accessible.
