Nice cosy, clean apartment and comfy king size bed with great location. The host Ms Lu and Mr Mao was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Sydney in the near future.

Excellent location. At the desk everyone was very professional and helpful. Specifically, Ms. Federica (the young Italian lady). She can speak several languages, including Spanish. That was very helpful to communicate because I am from Puerto Rico and my main language is Spanish.

A beautifully presented building.Cleanliness was exceptional. The staff must work incredibly hard to maintain such high standards. We stayed in a triple room with a garden view. Fabulous space with two good-sized beds with the bonus of separate rooms (slide over door but perfect for a little privacy). The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and shower pressure great, although the hot water took a little time to come through. Great sized TV, tea/coffee making appliance. We didn't need to use the A/C because we stayed in winter. Breakfast was sufficient, hot drinks, toast, jams, fruit, cereal, fruit juice. Fabulous location, near great eateries, shops, and Chatswood station - less than a 10 minute walk away. We will definitely stay again!

You only need to bring a shirt and yourself. The hotel provides bottles of Complimentary Toiletries so you do not need to ask the reception nor the housekeeping to give you another one. The washing machine and dryer is available too in the room. I do not need to wash my clothes when I returned home. The location is very close to the train station (never heared any traffic horns nor the train itself in the room) and all sorts of shops. Lastly, the concierge is really nice and accomodating. I fogot his name but he was there Jan. 6 '24 at 5PM.
