The apartment, service, and location was amazing. Sam, the general manager, is very helpful and responsive. We had an apartment facing Male St. and could not hear the trains at all. The car park in the basement is very clean and convenient. We can fully recommend this great place!

Clean, large rooms. Black out curtains! First full sleep since leaving the UK. Shops and restaurants within 4 minutes walk, train into Town, 2 minutes. Washing machine in the bathroom, so I could wash over night.

Richmond is a nice area to stay at during your trip to Melbourne (if you prefere to stay in less crowded areas, away from the CBD and more into were locals hang out). It hasa lot of restaurants, bars, etc. The Apartments were well located in rochmond. It was very well cared for. Facilities seemed pretty new. The room had a considerable size, with a balcony. Very nice natural lightning (with nice shades to keep light out in early morning). Quiet. We did not use the kitchenet, but it seemed very well sorted of apliances.

This is a really pleasant apartment with a great view, a short distance from Melbourne center yet in a very quiet part of Melbourne, close to St. Kilda and Albert Park Village, at walking distance to the beach.
