The place is just fantastic. Clean and cozy. Very convenient location, close to Historical Center. The bus stop is in front of the building. The beds were really comfortable, the pillows, duvets and sheets were very good quality. There was a coffee machine, which at least for us is very important. I highly recommend this property to everyone.

This family-run 3-star hotel occupies an Art Nouveau building in the Josefstadt district, only 100 metres from Vienna’s Town Hall and the Rathaus Underground Station (line U2).

Hotel Zipser can be summed up in one word “Excellent “ …… Superb location , 10 min walk max - to city centre and all the fabulous Christmas Markets. Bernhard and all his team will make you feel at home the moment you walk through the front door . Friendly helpful and courteous staff are a credit to Hotel Zipser . We had special dietary requirements which were catered for in full , which the staff went well beyond their call of duty to provide for and nothing was left out or a problem , it was done seamlessly . The Rooms , Delux Treble and single were spotlessly clean throughout. Showers immaculate , Great range of foods for breakfast, for every palate to enjoy . We all loved our stay here and will definitely be back in the future , I’d look no further for accommodation in Vienna , . The only thing in my opinion that is missing at Hotel Zipser is another Star ⭐️ definitely worthy of the 4th , Well done to everyone and thank you again for a wonderful stay .

The hotel is very comfortable, clean and well organised. Bedroom is very cosy, and breakfast is amazing, with many typical foods from Austria. We were warmly welcomed by the attendant Larissa, who was really helpful and efficient, and gave us good suggestions about Vienna, such as an excellent restaurant nearby, as well as all the information about the Christmas Markets. Finally, I would like to point out the other members of the hotel staff, such as Kader, who was also really kind and polite.
