Great neighbourhood, quiet and clean! The host, Claudia, was super friendly, and even allowed us to leave our car in the driveway after we checked out so that we don't need to pay for public parking. How cool is that?? Super cool:) Thank you, Claudia!!! We used public transport, the tram, to get to the city centre was super easy and convenient! I would recommend this place!!!

There was a wide selection of the products during breakfast including exceptional hot bread and rolls, fresh juice, coffee, hot chocolate and waffles. Quick check-in and check-out. The room and the facilities were nice and clean. Very enjoyable stay.

Very suitable for long stay. Everything are comfortable and in their cleanest status. Cozy bed, clean sheet, clean bathroom, clean kitchen. .... You will have your own kitchen with clean and high quality utensils, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove and microwave. The big point of this place is its location which is just beside the heiligenstadt station with easy access to U4 metro, trains, tramva, bus station... Just WOW! Also, self check-in and check-out is the point that I really like about this place. It's definitely worth the money. I'm not leaving in Austria but whenever I come to Vienna I'll book a room here, and of course that's my choice for future! 100 recommended!

Everything was great and as on the pictures. There's a tram to the city centre (20 minutes) in front of the hotel. The area is very safe. The staff were very helpful, I left my baggage in the hotel after checkout because my flight was in the evening.

I was a bit skeptical when I booked the room, but in the end it turned out to be a really nice stay. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. I didn’t expect a bottle of water and sweets waiting for us!
