There is a restaurant attached but it was closing when we arrived. The hotel does not offer breakfast. The rooms were spacious (we had a 2 queen beds room), the bathroom was clean and the ammenities nice. The hotel lobby is very beautiful too. The hotel is very well located so we were able to walk around town. The hotel offers complimentary parking outside its premises. The staff recommended us a nice place to have breakfast and it was great (The Belgian Cafe).

Located next to Chinatown, this hotel is 3 km from San Francisco Art Institute. It boasts a rooftop garden and patio, and offers free WiFi. Loved this hotel - I was pleasantly surprised. It is right next to the road that starts China town and leads to little Italy. Lots to do around the general area. I really liked the eco approach and the water filter machine in the hallway. Theres a rooftop space which I found out about from another review - sadly I had back luck weather wise so didn't use it.

I spent one night at Dive Palm Springs, and it was the highlight of my stay in California. I truly regret not spending more time there! The room was absolutely amazing, and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Additionally, the room had a private patio that was incredibly relaxing, and the main area was perfect for resting and recharging during the day. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, given a tour of the facility, and offered a glass of bubbly. Honestly, I cannot recommend this place enough!

It was a besutiful place, we stayed in a little house wich was part of the B&B and had a delicious chinese breakfast in the morning. The view from the house werefantastic. There were many seals in the bay and we saw a kolibri, pelikans and birds of pray. There is a little beach were you can walk and take a swim. The water was very old but we liked it because there were a lot of curious seals around us looking at us.
